Chairman

Bill began his career as a sales representative in the aerosol industry in 1977 with the National Can Company in Los Angeles, CA. He joined Diversified CPC company in 1980 in Chicago and has since risen to the level of president and CEO.

Bill has served on numerous associations, helping to influence best practices throughout the entire industry.

He earned a Bachelor of Communication Arts from St. Norbert College and is a graduate of the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Bill has served as:

  • Past Chairman of the Consumer Specialty Products Association (CSPA)
  • Past Chairman of the Consumer Aerosol Products Council
  • Past President of the National Aerosol Association
  • Past Chairman of the Board of Trustees, St. Norbert College

Dave joined the Diversified CPC International Team as Executive Vice President in September 2018 after a 25-year career at Worthington Industries. While at Worthington, Dave held a number of key management roles in sales, commercial, and manufacturing operations. Most recently, Dave led Worthington’s global refrigerant and industrial gas cylinder business. Dave was responsible for leading this business to consistent year over year top and bottom-line growth while successfully launching several new products in international markets and expanding Worthington’s global footprint. Dave also led the integration of several key strategic acquisitions in the refrigerant and industrial gas cylinder business.

During his career, Dave has been actively involved in several industry organizations and trade groups, including The Air Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI), Gas and Welding Distributors Association (GAWDA), and The Heating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI) group.

Dave served numerous terms as Chairman and Co-Chairman of the AHRI Chemicals Section. Dave also served on various engineering committees at AHRI, which published several industry standards and guidelines in place and widely accepted on an international basis today.

Since joining Diversified CPC International, Dave has become involved in a number of industry organizations, including The Household and Consumer Products Association (HCPA), and currently sits on the Board of Trustees for the Alliance for Consumer Education (ACE).

Dave has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a specialization in marketing and sales from Bowling Green State University.

Vice President – Sales and Marketing

George leads the company’s domestic and international sales programs, marketing strategies, and advertising campaigns.

He has worked in the aerosol industry since 1982, joining our team in 1991. His extensive experience in the aerosol industry includes aerosol valves, aerosol overcaps, contract aerosol, and liquid packaging.

George is a frequent lecturer and seminar presenter. He is active in several trade associations, including the CSPA, NAA, EAA, SATA, MAA, and WAIB.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Vice President – Strategy and Business  - Development

John joined the Diversified CPC International in 2016 following a 36-year career with the DuPont Company. He is a member of the senior leadership team with responsibility for strategic planning and growth programs.

During his career at DuPont, John held several key management positions that spanned business leadership, marketing, brand protection, operations, logistics, and R&D. In his role as global marketing and sales director, John was responsible for the exceptional growth of several DuPont businesses. He also played a vital role as a leader on the company’s corporate alliance and innovation teams.

John is a member of the Household and Commercial Products Association (HCPA) Board of Directors and was one of six new members to be appointed in 2019. HCPA is the premier trade association representing companies that manufacture and sell $180 billion annually of products used for cleaning, protecting, maintaining, and disinfecting homes and commercial environments. The HCPA is positioned to help promote industry growth and are committed to showing their value to society, educating customers, and impacting the debate around policies that affect association members.

John is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Steven A. Cox Foundation.

The foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, all-volunteer organization dedicated to honoring and celebrating the life of Steven A. Cox and preserving his legacy through philanthropic support of critical research and programs dedicated to eliminating cancer. The Cox Classic Event has an extraordinary history, which includes 30 consecutive fundraising golf tournaments and a total purse of some $6.7 million raised for great causes.

John attended the University of Scranton in Scranton, Pennsylvania, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in biochemistry.

Vice President – Operations

Bill is responsible for the operations of Diversified CPC International’s processing facilities. He has 36 years of experience within the aerosol industry, both in propellant manufacturing and in contract packaging of aerosol products.

Considered a leader in the industry, Bill has presented numerous lectures and seminars on liquefied gas storage and handling systems in North America and Asia.

He is active on several HCPA committees; currently serving as:

  • Member, and Past Chairman, of the Aerosol Products Division Executive Board
  • Past Chairman of the Aerosol Manufacturing and Storage Standards Committee
  • Member of the International Harmonization, Scientific, and Atmospheric Policy committees

Bill worked with the National Fire Protection Association’s (NFPA) 30B committee to help write the original edition of NFPA 30B, and the Code for the Manufacture and Storage of Aerosol Products. He also currently serves as a principal voting member on the NFPA 30B Committee on Aerosol Products, representing HCPA.

Bill was responsible for overseeing the construction of the state-of-the-art aerosol propellant processing facility in Shanghai, China.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in petroleum and natural gas engineering from Penn State University and completed graduate courses in chemical engineering at the Midwest College of Engineering and the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Dileep Bendi

Vice President – Engineering & Technical Services

Dileep is responsible for providing leadership and management in the areas of process engineering, quality, technical support and product innovation.

He joined Diversified CPC as an intern in 2009 and a few months later, he was hired as a process engineer. In 2014 Dileep was promoted to process engineer manager and in 2019 he became director of process engineering and product innovation.

Bendi has a master’s degree in chemical and natural gas engineering from Texas A&M University.

Erik Tian

Erik Tian

Vice President - Finance

Erik provides leadership and assists in managing the areas of accounting, finance, and information technology.

He has more than 16 years of accounting and finance experience. In 2023, Eric came to us from Wynright Daifuku, a provider of material handling systems, where he was the director of finance and accounting for nine years. Prior to that, he was an accounting manager for Nanosphere, a medical device company, and previously he spent five years at Caterpillar in a variety of roles, including profit center and SOX accountant.

Erik earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management, from Purdue University. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University.
