COVID-19 Business Continuity Update

Diversified CPC International is committed to keeping you informed as the COVID-19 virus situation continues to evolve. The information below summarizes our response to support government directives, our customers, and our employees during these rapidly changing times.

USA Presidential Policy Directive 21 (PPD 21) identifies the 16 critical infrastructure sectors that should be fully supported during the COVID-19 crisis to ensure public safety, health, and well-being. Diversified CPC International is a critical supplier to many of those sectors, including the chemical, food, and energy sectors. Our company is fully aligned with PPD21 and will do everything possible to support government efforts and our customers in these critical sectors.

Effective today, March 21, 2020, Governor Pritzker will order the shutdown of all non-essential businesses in the State of Illinois. Shelter in place guidance will be provided for all citizens. Businesses producing “Essential Products” will be permitted to continue to operate until further notice. These actions mirror the directives already in place in New York, California, and Pennsylvania.

Diversified CPC International will continue to operate all key facilities because we are a critical supplier to companies that produce products that fall into the government designated “Essential Products” Category. Examples of those critical products include: disinfectants, cleaning products, sanitizers, medical products, food packaging, and energy products.

Diversified CPC International will continue to operate under the guidelines provided by the CDC and other key agencies. We have implemented all available best practices to keep our employees, business partners, and customers safe.
