How We Produce
High-Purity Products

To produce the highest purity hydrocarbons, specialty gases, and blends, we use proprietary equipment, technology, and a 7-step purification process. We have invested tens of millions of dollars in our fractionation and processing technology to achieve purity levels that cannot be matched.

Our 7-Step Process

Hydrogenation

Step 1: Hydrogenation & Hydrodesulfurization

Removes sulfurs, oxygenates, amines, unsaturated hydrocarbons & other impurities.

Dehydration

Step 2: Dehydration
(Molecular Sieve)

Removes moisture to exacting specifications.

Distillation

Step 3: Distillation Part 1 (Fractionation Tower)

Removes all lighter hydrocarbons.

Distillation Part 2

Step 4: Distillation Part 2 (Fractionation Tower)

Removes all heavier hydrocarbons.

Final Processing

Step 5: Final Processing (Secondary Molecular Sieve)

Product is polished prior to loading into dedicated shipping containers.

Analyzing

Step 6: Analyzing

Product is analyzed and tested in our state-of-the-art Quality Assurance Laboratory.

Transportation

Step 7: Transportation

Product is shipped in dedicated transports to maintain purity levels during transit.
